The staff at my friend's school barely knows how to use Word. They lose documents, and things are out of date. A computer based instructional system including a driving simulator that can be set up on school and home computers. The system can be self administered by students. Teachers can monitor and guide student progress.
For teachers and students to be able to use technology effectively at school, the school itself should be using technology effectively.
